Bear Management – Parkview Bay Estates Rental Instructions

Here are a few directions to help during your stay.

Check-In Time is 3pm. Check-out Time is 10am.

Directions: Take Hwy 54, exit to the left on lake road 54-29. This is the last road before the Grand Glaize Bridge, just past the Osage Village Outlet Mall. Follow 54-29 until just past a 90 degree turn to the right. The entrance to Parkview Bay is on the left. Parkview Bay Estates are down the hill to the left.

Access to condo -

CONDO ADDRESS: 4800 Eagleview Dr, Osage Beach, MO 65065

a You have rented condo unit #____. The Access Code is _____. Boat slip for your stay is dock ___ slip ___. The Towers are the building to the right. Turn left for Parkview Bay Estates. As you pull down the drive to the condos, building 2 is straight ahead, building 3 is the building to the right.

a NO KEYS ARE NEEDED. There is a combination lock required to open the front door. Please keep this combination handy as you will use this for your entire stay. When leaving, please be sure to lock both sliding doors to the deck.

a The WATER VA:LVE may be turned off in the condo. To turn water on, look for a YELLOW TAPED handle in the utility room near the hot water heater. You do NOT need to turn this off when you leave. To turn on HOT WATER, open the fuse box and push the YELLOW TAPED breaker to the right.

During your stay:

a No GLASS in the pool area. There will be fines of $100 per occurrence. Onsite maintenance and fines are being issued. The pool had to be closed during peak season last year due to glass breakage and renters were fined.

a Please do not put trash outside of the condo doors. The onsite manager can issue fines of $25 for failure to adhere to policy.

After your stay -

a Please be sure to put the dirty dishes in the dishwasher with automatic dishwashing detergent and turn it on. The housekeeper will unload the dishwasher.

a A trash dumpster is located on the first road up the hill to the right. Please take all trash to the dumpster, do not leave it outside the condo.

a Please close all windows, sliding doors, and turn off the heat/air/fans at time of departure.

NO BOAT TRAILER PARKING – Do not bring trailers to Parkview Bay.

a If your rental includes use of boat slip, I will send you the location. Dock #3, is to the left side, dock 4 is in front of the middle pool and dock #5 on the right side.

a There is no boat launch or trailer parking at Parkview Bay, however there are several boat launches nearby. There is public boat trailer parking at PBII (Public Beach #2) which is located on Hwy 54 about 3 miles south of the Grand Glaize Bridge. Parking for the first 48 hours is free. Dave Mungenast Marina on Lake Road 54-29 (same road as the condos) also offers boat launch and trailer parking.

NO GLASSWARE IN POOL AREA – Fines will be issued for glass brought into the pool area.

NO SMOKING - To ensure future enjoyment of all our guests, there is no smoking in the unit. Feel free to light-up on the deck.

NO PETS ALLOWED in any of the rental condos.

RESPECT QUIET TIMES – Fines may be issued for excessive noise after 11pm.
